I appreciated the hotel, its quiet room and affable staff. That property was in a good location, in the middle of jackson. Also, a few of nice spots, as Branson Ferris Wheel were near the venue.

Location: the hotel was near Hai Phong for a funeral and HaiPhong and a great cafe. Really enjoyed the apartment I was given, it had climate control, an individual safe, and multi-channel TV:)))

Novatel Hotel & Apartment is very clean and comfortable, offering great value for money. the staff is pleasant, and the internal rooms are quiet and tidy. the location is convenient with plenty of dining options nearby, including a great pho cafe. the shower is good, and I enjoyed my peaceful two-night stay.

We loved the clean and comfortable room with good wifi and smart TV for streaming Netflix. The friendly staff answered all our questions and even helped us book a taxi. This city had plenty of places to eat nearby.

The room was really clean and comfortable for its price range. The staff were pleasant and helpful. I particularly enjoyed the good Wi-Fi and range of TV options on the smart TV. the location was great with lots of tasty eateries nearby and a good cafe just across the street.

Although the room was comfortable, I did miss having exterior windows. This was somewhat offset by the peaceful environment provided by the internal room.

My family and I spent a fantastic Christmas holiday staying at this hotel. the cleanliness of the room was impressive, and the comfort was one of the best aspects. the staff was friendly and booked us a taxi whenever we needed it. the location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. we were delighted with the fast Wi-Fi and the smart TV, which allowed us to stream our favorite shows.

One of the worst aspects was the lack of windows in the room we stayed in. it wasn't that bad as it was very quiet and comfortable.
